Will Boeckman

Will is the Head of Electronic Sales for the U.S. FICC franchise at Citadel Securities, which provides liquidity across interest rate swaps and U.S. Treasuries to 1400+ institutional clients across 54 countries. Will manages relationships with >150 clients across the U.S., including some of the largest asset managers, hedge funds and banks. He is also responsible for driving the expansion of the firm’s electronic UST and swaps businesses. Will’s dual role as Head of Electronic Sales and relationship manager uniquely enables him to help clients optimize their electronic trading processes and develop solutions that fit their respective needs. He joined Citadel Securities as a Vice President in Rates Sales in 2018 and was promoted to his current role in May of 2020. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, he worked at JP Morgan in rates and equity derivatives sales. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.
