Troy Dixon is Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Markets at Tradeweb Markets (Nasdaq:TW), a global leader in electronic trading. A member of Tradeweb's Executive Committee, Dixon oversees the firm's global markets strategy, driving organic and inorganic growth across products, regions, and client segments.
As markets become increasingly interconnected, Tradeweb technology helps clients transfer risk efficiently across fixed income, ETFs, and money markets – averaging more than $2.4 trillion in trading volume per day. Tradeweb plays a central role in global markets, serving more than 3,000 clients across 85 countries, including banks, market makers, asset managers, hedge funds, wealth advisors and corporate treasurers.
Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2025, Dixon spent more than a decade as the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Hollis Park Partners, an alternative asset manager focused on structured products and mortgage credit. Dixon previously led Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading at Deutsche Bank, where he was a member of both the Corporate Banking & Securities Americas Executive Committee and the Rates and Credit Trading Executive Committee. Earlier he was Head of Pass-Through Trading at UBS, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the bank's leading agency MBS franchise.
Dixon is deeply involved in community and civic efforts. He currently serves on the boards of the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery and New Heights Youth Inc, as well as being a Trustee of Brunswick School and a member of the Holy Cross President's Council. He has previously served on the boards of Tradeweb Markets, Lafayette Square BDC and Apollo Theater, as well as the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's (SIFMA) RMBS Executive Board.
Dixon earned his B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete, lettering in both football and baseball.
