Mr. Allen is the President of the FMX Futures Exchange and Head of Rates for Fenics. Mr. Allen joined FMX/Fenics in 2021 after serving as J.P. Morgan’s Head of North America Rates Securities and a member of J.P. Morgan’s Rates Management Team. Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2009, he was Head of Government Bond Trading for Bank of America. Mr. Allen began his career in 1999 as a government bond trader with Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Allen earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business in 1999. He earned his BA degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Washington in 1994.

Mr. Allen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA.)
