Rick leads the global investment strategy for the 3rd largest asset manager globally by AUM, State Street Global Advisors. As a member of the firm's Executive Management Group, he is responsible for all investment management activities including research and trading. Currently, his focus is around improving active management and driving good quality investments, with a focus on trading as well as driving technology integration and collaboration upstream as key factors of gaining a competitive edge.
