Jon Simone is Head of Rates at OneChronos, a venture-backed tech company with the goal of expanding GDP by building the world’s best auctions to facilitate trade that wasn’t otherwise possible in speed and resiliency sensitive matching markets. In capital markets, OneChronos has pioneered the technology to operate frequent batch auctions that each optimize for modern, first principles, definitions of trading execution performance.

Jon started his career at ICAP Plc in the Brokertec USA group, holding various roles including Sales, Product Management and Business Development and Strategy. Most recently, he spent eight years at Tradeweb, serving as Global Head of Business Development, Market Data and Connectivity for the Dealerweb Actives business.
