Iseult Conlin, CFA, is a Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Strategy and Solutions at Tradeweb Markets. In this role, she leads the growth and strategic evolution of the Global Markets business, driving both near- and long-term initiatives across asset classes and regions. She focuses on expanding cross-asset and cross-regional opportunities, supporting key partnerships and investments, and enhancing platform differentiation through AI, data and analytics.

Previously, Iseult served as Head of U.S. Institutional Credit at Tradeweb, where she led the firm's credit strategy and oversaw the rollout and adoption of electronic credit trading solutions.

Iseult joined Tradeweb in 2018 from BlackRock, where she spent nearly eight years and most recently served as a Vice President and Investment Grade Bond Trader. At BlackRock, she played a key role in advancing electronic credit trading and market structure initiatives, while trading a broad range of investment grade credit products.

She has been recognized on Forbes' Finance 30 Under 30 list and as a Top Fixed Income Trader by Markets Media in its Women in Finance Awards. Iseult holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from New York University.
