David Parker is CEO of bonds.com, which operates the BondsPro ATS, an electronic fixed income trading platform. BondsPro's all-to-all order book and matching protocols provide liquidity, market data, and connectivity to institutional market participants globally.

Prior to joining bonds.com in 2016, Parker served as Head of Sales at Vega-Chi, the electronic fixed income trading platform that was subsequently acquired by Liquidnet and became Liquidnet Fixed Income. Earlier in his career, he held institutional fixed income sales roles at Morgan Stanley and Barclays, covering cash and derivative products for institutional clients.

Parker began his career in private equity and later worked as an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Economics and Government and holds a Certificate in Accounting from New York University School of Professional Studies.
