Brij is the Head of Investments and Trading Technology group at Charles Schwab Wealth and Asset Management. Brij Agarwal is responsible for managed investing and institutional products. Mr. Agarwal joined Schwab from J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, where he was the global head of technology for ETFs and research technologies across the equities, fixed income and alternatives business globally. Prior to that, he was the director of credit derivatives technology at Merrill Lynch and held a similar role at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank. Before that he was part of the team that founded MarketAxess and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Agarwal earned a Bachelor of Technology in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a Master of Science in mathematics and computer science from the University of Texas at Austin.
